Mark Gagnon is the founder of Markus G. Consulting Inc. He is a seasoned executive coach with 25 years of experience guiding senior leaders through pivotal career and life transitions. Before launching his coaching practice, Mark built a distinguished 35-year career in the Federal Public Service, including 22 years as a senior executive working in six government and federal agencies in five cities. He led large teams, managed major programs, and developed a reputation for leadership rooted in clarity, communication, and human connection.

Drawing on both his personal journey and decades of coaching senior executives and managers in both public and private sectors, Mark brings a rare blend of practical insight and lived experience to every session. His programs and services are designed to help leaders navigate uncertainty, gain perspective, and move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, Mark is a husband, father, and proud grandfather. He remains engaged with national and global affairs, enjoys reading widely, and stays active on the golf course two to three times a week. Though he has transitioned from the boardroom to coaching, his commitment to supporting leaders in finding clarity and purpose has never wavered.
